Along with everyone else, I have set my eyes on the great outdoors. The great weather is here and there are many BBQ's and party's to be had. So, one of the things that we really needed was a table. Of course, I want to save money so I looked around and found exactly what I needed:
- Redwood for the Table Top: From our remodel we saved the old wood that the interior walls were made with. They were 3 1/2" x 1" planks, perfect for a table
- Legs : I scavenged a table from the street just for the legs some time ago...I knew they would come in handy some day!
Here is the table right after sanding it for about an hour!
This is the table with the sealer on the wood which gave the wood a darker color.
The table in all its' glory, now we need some cool chairs.
We were thinking this would be a great chair. It's the Urban Chair from IKEA.
